The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle
... vad folk säger » nt the staff were very very help full and polite. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.

we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

The service of the Hotel staff and the communication of the staff before/during our stay. Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly
