Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.

Det var ofta svenktalande personal i receptionen. Det var tillräckligt rent och tillräckligt bekvämt och likaså tillräckligt bra service osv. Vi hade nära till allt - särskilt Hyde Park - bussar och t-banor. - Läget var perfekt för att ta sig till olika platser genom att gå eller att ta tunnelbanan vid den station som låg nära. Jag tyckte att rummet och matsalen var rena och snygga. Frukosten var alldeles tillräckligt, ett plus att man fick pressa sin egen apelsinjuice.

Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London.
