  very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... vad folk säger » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  The staff were helpful and cheerful at all times, the setting elegant and peaceful. The continental and English breakfasts were well done and satisfying.   The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... vad folk säger » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  Hotel was great value, loved breakfast, awesome location. We were advised by cab driver on the way to hotel, that it was in bad neighborhood. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Maybe not a great area, but we found it excellent for price, location to Kings Cross Tube and value for our money. Loved it...would stay again.   Great and friendly staff! - The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean, and nice clean towels were provided every day. The beds are - The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.
