  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was helpful. We stayed during a hot spell and the air conditioning wo... vad folk säger » rked well. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again.   I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... vad folk säger » k at it.   Very clean well layed out room, myself and my partner moved from a different hotel (which cost twice the price) to this one and found it much better value for money. The guy that was on the reception on arrival was brilliant!!! Quiet close to earls court tube and great for exhibition centre also very close to shops, pubs and restaurants Would rec... vad folk säger » ommend to friends!!!! - Noticed how clean the hotel was to begin with and was pleasantly surprised at the clean and nicely laid-out room with tea and coffee, as well as good basic facilities and a nice shower.   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
