  Excellent location for the tourist in London, close to galleries, theaters, shopping, events and sights. Relatively easy access from Heathrow. Reasonable prices.   The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive.   The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

  - Friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. - Quiet room with blackout blinds & a delightfully quiet fridge. - Coffee/team making facilities. - Free use of computer in 'library' (sorry but can't remember if this is what the room was called). - The 'visitor' spaces: lounge areas & library. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
