Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. Vid ankomst fick vi ett insides rum trotts att vi önskat ett utsides, det var inget problem att byta trotts att vi bokat till ett betydligt lägre pris än det ordinarie. Ett tips är att boka ett rum med utsikt över London Eye. Frukosten var mycket god. Very quiet location. Beautiful building. Breakfast had the most choice I have ever encountered in a hotel.
