  My friend and I stayed in this hotel from Tuesday - Saturday. It is a little different to those I've stayed in before. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number. Once we called we were let into the hotel by the very lovely manager who showed us to our room.   The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. A carafe of coffee was beside these, but tea and hot chocolate were available on request. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
