  Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. Good Recommendation for somewhere for us to get lunch in town, as we couldn't check in until later. Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, with the exception of it's size.   Everything. The staff could not be faulted. All local, extremely friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble. Check in and check out very smooth. Dining room/ restaurant staff were a pleasure. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Theat - The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery. The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
