The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very convenient to Gloucester Road tube station. - I sent two elderly aunts on this trip and they had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly, respectful and courteous. So, thank you.

We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. - I liked everythng about the hotel, as reflected in the tick box above,but mainly the location as the purpose of my visit was a concert at theRoyal Albert Hall
