  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. On arrival we were checked in... vad folk säger » without issue and escorted to our room. We had a Luxury Suite sleeping 4. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

  We stayed at this hotel with our 9 years old son. The good thing is, first of all, that the hotel offers family rooms. Convenient booking (with no deposit required). Excellent breakfast; they offer full traditional breakfast which I like the most. Nice clean room and the bathroom.   The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... vad folk säger » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

Great value!!! - The location is fantastic and the staff were very warm, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  The Hotel is in a great location, we travel with two young kinds and we went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues at all. Very short walk from the tube exit. The underground station has a great and convenient schedule so hotel is in perfect place to sightsee the city and leverage public transportation. No surprises. - Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience. The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.
