  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

  Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they have loads there and they encouraged me to take as many as I want... vad folk säger » ed. I paid £51 for a double room and this seems really good value compared to others I saw when researching. There were big windows, which was nice an - The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

  The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. The staff made themselves readily available in the event that we may have had a problem. The hotel room was clean and spacious which was important to us as my mother is a wheelchair user, with ... vad folk säger » very limited mobility. The bathroom was lovely another important factor, the beds were comfortable, the hotel is well kept. My granddaughter and my mo - It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

  When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. The hotel was in the ideal location to return to from the arena and the free parking saved a lot of money! The arndale shopping centre was 2 minutes away, amazing couple of - Great location yards away from Harvey Nichols and selfridges also next to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

  Almost everything: The staff was really nice, which managed to understand me through my horrid english, and were always there to help with anything. The rooms were clean and nice. Staying with two people attending the same Con i was on, i had real fun there. With the lowest price i could find around, YHA Manchester offers great quality.   The hotel room was immaculate! And the bed was very comfortable and had a lovely nights sleep. Also I'd like to add that the lady who checked myself and my sister into the hotel on the 7th Nov (I believe to be called Amanda, with shortish dark hair) gave such good customer service ! But the best thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere! Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast, was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and really made us feel genuinely welcomed.   Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful. Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by. Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic. We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu'... vad folk säger » s etc as we had not eaten which was ideal. Didn't eat at hotel otherwise but there were some good offers on though you are within a couple of minutes - Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice!
