do it. Very clean, spacious and we'll equipped. Jon is very friendly

phone call away. Well located in new town with lots of restaraunts,
shopping, and parks close by. Less than a ten minute walk to the Royal
mile and castle.

This was a fantastically positioned apartment, right in the middle of eveything, although the street was quiet at night which meant that sleeping was not a problem. The Owners of the appartment are extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive........nothing is to much trouble and the communication was excellent. The appartment is fantastic, with a large living space, large comfortable bedrooms and a well equiped kitchen. The location is fantastic,nothing is more than a 10 min walk away, at most. Highly recommended and great value for money - well will return. Thank you!

Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

Läget till både Old Town och Princess street. - Staff very helpful, we left our bags in hotel until check-in and were able to have late check out for only £20 extra. Breakfast on go great idea and great value for money. Will definately be back as perfect for train station and shopping.

The bar man was lovely and the rooms were large with comfortable beds. Excellent hotel would definatly stay again!
