The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite. This is a generously sized room with a little mezzanine or loft area, which could be used for storage or as a dressing room.   Jättebra läge i stan. Vi fick ett bra rum mot gården så det var inga störande ljud från gatan. Rummet var nyrenoverat, fint och modernt, något litet men det gjorde inget, Rent och snyggt och sköna sängar. Ett plus för att det fanns badkar. Bra kaffe/tebricka som fylldes på hela tiden.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
