  We were immediately greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast - enough to set us up for a day's sightseeing! Thought it particularly good that checking out time is before 12- this gives guests enough time to have a leisurely breakfast and enjoy their surroundi... vad folk säger » ngs. Especially good if you've previously had a late night at a show or concert. It's worth taking the lift to the top floor for the view. Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

  The staff, Becky, and the others were very friendly and helpful. The services provided was very good and clean and maintained. Nicely located in the centre of the city, yet close to the waterside.   The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. I was put in a disabled access room so the bathroom... vad folk säger » was large with a lovely big shower. Shower power was really good and hot water readily available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

  The room I stayed in again was a wonderful size. The staff are alwaysfriendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here andwould have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. - We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allocated a lovely room with great view.
