  trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. I realised I had left a little purse with some tablets in it, whilst I was on the train. I called the hotel and housekeeping went and found it for me and today it arrived in the post!   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. We did our own breakfast so the fridg... vad folk säger » e, toaster etc was just right. We loved the white shutters on the windows. The bedding was excellent, with feather pillows and duvet. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and internet were excellent.

  We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of other b... vad folk säger » uildings), it was absolutely peaceful at night! We slept with our window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London! We have already booke - Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi ( worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much apprecia

  I had a group of guests staying for my sister's hen do. The rooms were huge, very clean, excellent facilities and a very central location. I will definitely use this hotel again when I next stay in London. It also has a car park. - The best location in London.
