  Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more. It is quaint and makes the tourist feel like a Londoner. - Form the time I arrived the staff were all very pleasant and polite .   Lugnt och tyst - Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Buckingham Palace and Westminster) and stylish shopping ... vad folk säger » area(Brompton and Kensington). Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.
