  Jättebra läge i stan. Vi fick ett bra rum mot gården så det var inga störande ljud från gatan. Rummet var nyrenoverat, fint och modernt, något litet men det gjorde inget, Rent och snyggt och sköna sängar. Ett plus för att det fanns badkar. Bra kaffe/tebricka som fylldes på hela tiden. Underbar frukostbuffé. Skön hotellupplevelse! - Utmärkt läge.

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless ... vad folk säger » of the don't disturb sign! - The staff were friendly, professional, and responded promptly to a couple of problems with my understanding of the air con and tv channels with good humour.   The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.   The Service was excellent, great staff. - Jag har ingenting att klaga på utan allt var perfekt. Bodde dock inte ut mot Shaftesbury Avenu så stördes inte alls av trafiken som vissa andra klagat på här, men kan rekomendera det varmt, perfekt läge, nära till allt, verkligen allt!!!!!

  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.   We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of other b... vad folk säger » uildings), it was absolutely peaceful at night! We slept with our window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London! We have already booke - Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi ( worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much apprecia
