Helen and William were absolutely fabulous hosts, and it was an utter pleasure to stay at their guest house! The room was clean, well presented, comfortable and had all the little extras we often take for granted (tea, coffee, and chocolates to go with)! Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room
we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries
etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room.
They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of
interest. And the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

The staff we're very friendly making us feel at home. The staff helped me get my luggage both in and out of the bldg.
The English breakfast was served promptly each morning. The food was delicious and served to order. I plan on staying at the Hamptons each time I visit Brighton to visit my daughter who is attending University in Brighton. -

Decor was fun.
2 minutes walk takes you to a bus stop from which you can go out to the countryside along the coast.
