  Warm welcome on arrival. Fabulous breakfasts, I recommend you try the blueberry pancakes. Great location, one minutes walk from the beach and five minutes walk into town. The comfortable beds with plenty of pillows were a bonus. So many places only supply two pillows on a double bed, here there were four with another two in the wardrobe! Finding a plug in h - I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of! Brightonwave made our visit to Brighton really special & memorable - highly recommend

  really like this place. location is nice,close to brighton pier. room clean and comfortable. staff just perfect and full english breakfast delicious. :) hope we will come back soon. - We found Istanbul to be cosy and comfortable.We had a good view of the big wheel.The location was ideal i.e plenty of supermarkets and shops etc

  friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again. - The welcome we received on our arrival and the comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel and room. Bedroom had all mod cons and breakfast was excellent.

  27 is the best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in. The unique high class decor was very tastefully chosen and suited the high class service from Alan & Ollie. The breakfast was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, there was attention to detail in the rooms, obviously thought about, and the hosts were outstanding. Alan & Ollie ... vad folk säger » went above and beyond and it is obvious they enjoy what they do and are proud of their business - and so they should be. I will be recommending anyone - Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging. They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice. Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too. Would love to return.

  This B&B was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. After a day of travel, it was nice to come into the room where an assortment of organic teas and coffees and a fresh apple were waiting for me. The bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was served in the basement. There were plenty of... vad folk säger » options, including vegan and vegetarian options. The location of the hotel was splendid. The beach was less than five minutes away, the pier just fif - Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Fruit and water in the room was a nice touch. Housekeeping was always great with attention to small details. Wifi was free, had a good, strong, fast connection. The TV decided to go faulty late evening on the first night. Not a problem these things happen, but staff were really helpful and it was promptly replaced with a brand new one. :) Overall very pleased, would recommend to others, and will definitely stay again
