  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception to waiting staff. Family friendly atmosphere and you feel you are in the middle of the excitement of the city too. Excellent position for Albert Docks and the Echo Arena. A short walk from Liverpool One and the rest of Liverpool town centre and Museums in walking distance. A circular b... vad folk säger » us route leaves just outside the hotel if you dont want to walk. - We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

  For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the Albert Dock with bars, shops and resturants clo... vad folk säger » se by. Parking is on site and only £3 per day. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. It is a well used hostel and everything was in working order - unlike some hotels that I have stayed in and paid a lot more for the privelige. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

  A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much trouble.No noise at night able a get a good nights sleep on the two nights we stayed at the location.Room and bathroom spotless,shower very good and suitable for people with limited nobility.Both lifts in the building worked very well and produced no noise,no time spent waitin... vad folk säger » g on lifts.Would stay here again at a future time no problem.The breakfast was good could not have wished for more, all items were found to be warm an - We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were dead friendly too.

  very central location and very flexible, as we arrived quite early and left quite late, they let us hang on to the room till we left. - walking distance to bars, clubs, shopping! easy to find, also we were allowed to stay in the apartment as long as we wanted (we had a night flight home)
