The location is ideal for Hammersmith Apollo and very easy to get to. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls
Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some
supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa
Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so
they weren't expecting us. The girls where nice, Polite &
helpful.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho
and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone

Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
