I stayed at the Eskdale Lodge around a year ago and had a lovely stay so re-booked as I was in the area again.
I'm pleased to say that the hotel is just as lovely the second time round, I stayed in the same room as before and they also have a new En-Suite.

We loved everything about this hotel from the building its self to the beautiful bathroom. We got upgraded to a bigger room due to a cancellation with no extra charge. The room was spacious, spotless and very quiet for sleeping. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful sorting our taxi for us. We didn't try the food as we went out all evening, but other guests we spoke to said it was wonderful. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the simple and elegant decor of my room. The guest house is charming, quite clean and well cared for. Tony struck an almost ideal balance between being available and unobtrusive. I liked the fact that I could be in Manchester city centre via tram within approximately 30 mins. I had a lovely, comfortable stay and would certainly recommend Cornerstones to anyone who needs temporary accommodations in/near Manchester.

This is a really nice hotel. Close to the metrolink and the nightlife in Sale (Bars, Restaurants etc). We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. The owner and staff are really friendly, the place is spotlessly clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Really good value for money. No hesitation in making a full recommendation

The restaurant in the main bar area serves the most wonderful food, and I really have to say "Compliments t the Chef". The service is fast and efficient and the food is served hot and with a smile.

quiet, very nice and helpful receptionists, comfortable beds, bus/Metro easy to reach, freshly renovated clean room. would stay there again for sure. transfer to airport ~15minutes by taxi - The room was comfortable,the shower was excellent, lovely hot water, good pressure. The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else. -
