All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more. It is quaint and makes the tourist feel like a Londoner. - Form the time I arrived the staff were all very pleasant and polite . Having stayed in traditional hotels in London where space is at such a premium, this made for a very refreshing change. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble.   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

  The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55 Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon, and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect.
