  I stayed here, with my wife and grown up daughter, in a family room, on Friday the 17th of March 2013. I found the place to be very clean and very quiet, (considering they were far from empty). I was especially impressed with the staff in general but one young receptionist stood out in particular. Her manner and helpfulness during phonecalls, ( i... vad folk säger » n which I asked to book in early), and in person on and after my arrival, were second to none. A real asset to the company! I hope they recognise her - The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The beds and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep, it was very quiet. The Harvester next door was lovely and convenient. The staff were friendly and approachable and the breakfast 'hit the spot', I have nothing but praise. Well done guys. xxx

  Very friendly relaxed atmosphere not just a number the rate is important for business travellers staying one or two nights - The building is attractive and comfortable, the grounds lovely, the food good, the service excellent.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a problem with our letsbookhotel.com booking and the lady on reception (even though it was almost 10 pm) was lovely, so attentive and sorted it all out for us. We have stayed in a few Premier Inns in this area and they have all been good but the staff on this stay were just that l... vad folk säger » ittle bit better than any other visit. - Staff members were polite and jovial. Excellent location with Beefeater and Petrol Station facilities on doorstep. No noise. Extremely clean facilities - would definitely recommend or stay there myself again. Great value.

  We had never stayed in a Premier Inn before and were pleasantly surprised to find the facilities were better than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the heating was adjustable, & the bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful. Also I was impressed with the sign asking people to consider others when coming in as they may be sleeping. I have stayed at the Kettering Travel Lodge in the past, as Premier Inn was fully booked and have had hardly any sleep because of the noise from other guests; so full marks for that.

  A beautiful room with an excellent bathroom. The restaurant was very good, menu varied and food excellent. Reception was outstanding service, checking in and out and getting some papers copied - There was a friendly and helpfull welcome and this continued with all the staff we came into contact with during our brief stay.   Geff and Ange where brilliant,nothing was to much trouble.When I told them that my son and I were going to be up and out before breakfast they offered to made up a packed instead and the pack lunch for both day's.The food tasted fresh and lovely with good sized portions. So much better than most hotels you pay double the price for. Friendly staff. Do not read any poor reviews and judge it on that. We were talking to the hosts and they recently taken this place over, so have done brilliantly to rebuilt a good reputation.
