  The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. Whilst I was breakfasting the matter was resolved - 30minutes at rthe outside. Well done. - The hotel isvery central.
