This was an amazing apartment right on the river across from the main
tourist area. The pictures do not show how new and luxurious the
apartment was. It is three bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, ding
area, living room, laundry room, entry hall, huge back patio, full
washer and dryer, and parking area. You don't need to bring any
laundry detergent, milk, etc. Everything is provided. I didn't want
to leave. We will definitely come back! The management met us at the
door and showed us around

Extremely friendly people who, upon request, arranged us a room with view on the river. Great location, centrally in Inverness (10 min to centre), superb accommodation with all necessary needs on hand. Loving decoration and open for a nice talk. This Guest House is managed by very polite and helpfull people! The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc.

Apartment 208 at By the Bridge was a great place to stay during our short break in Inverness.
Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient.
The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train.
The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Our luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us acquire what we needed even offering her own coat for me to use. Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.
