Washing machine - nice to do some laundry after a week travelling through Scotland. Organization picking up the key and having a parking pass. Layout of the apartment lots of room. Cleanliness - apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice to have the candies - nice treat.
On a quiet street with town centre only 5 minute walk. There is train tracks is out back but there go by rarely and you barely notice them.
Good pub over the road, friendly and food looked good.

A lovely and very spacious apartment in a quiet, yet very central, street.
We can strongly recommend!
We asked (and paid) for a baby cot which wasn't there when we arrived. But it was brought to us by the owner within one hour!.
This apartment was spotless. Location to city centre excellent. Had everything needed for a very comfortable stay.

Would have liked to know where the closest grocery store is and restaurants in the area. Note - the DVD player was missing - not a big deal but we noticed some DVD's so we were going to watch one but there was no DVD player. Again, this was no big deal to us, just thought you should know.

It was very hard to figure out how to lock the door--instructions would have been helpful. A couple more pots and pans would have also been welcome. And the mattress was very poor.

Bed was too small and soft. Towels weren't big enough.

Instructions to operate door locking system, gas cooking top, washing machine, would have been helpful. Also owners to check if the appliances placed ian the apartment are in working condition, if long stays are expected then apartment should have a dryer and dishwasher as well. A mixer in the kitchen sink would be ideal instead of separate hot and cold taps.
