  Loved the bathroom with bath and shower. Fantastic to get free tea/coffee and cake on arrival. Lovely quality drinks and biscuits in the room. Lovely shower/bath items. Great quality breakfast and evening meal.   Friendly atmosphere and smiley staff from the moment we walked through the door. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Delicious food in the evening, each course served without delay, even though the restaurant was full.   A superb example of how to modernise a traditional country inn to the highest standard, and still retain its historic 17th century character. Amazing, just wonderful! Super facilities, including a shower that beats most 4 or 5-star hotels. No airs and graces, no artificial 'modern' politeness. The staff, without except - The staff were exceptionally helpful & kind while also giving a great feeling of being laid back & welcoming. The food was amazing the surroundings were fabulous & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will most certainly return & wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Pigs to everyone.
