  the staff were lovely nothing was a trouble for them;the location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay - The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were brilliant.

  The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Both rooms were spacious with a lovely double in the attic space with en suite bathroom. Kitchen was very modern with plenty of room. The living room had 2 big sofas, massive flat screen... vad folk säger » tv & a lovely Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. - Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

  Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.   Beautiful building in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, almost felt like staying with family who look after you particularly well. - Superb hotel,staff and location, off road parking, excellent food, don't bother shopping about you wont find much better for the price.

  the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Parking was no problem - car park at the front of the hotel and plenty spaces at the back. I would recommend the Acor - Owners have taken care to maintain property to excellent standards. Location is close (walking distance) to city centre yet in a very quiet tree lined cul de sac in a sllepy neighbourhood for a most peaceful stay. Breakfast excellently cooked to order and owner extremely helpful and hospitable.

  The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. It was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. A big plus also was the parking ticket of a favourable kind which meant we could park easily close by. The Welford is an easy stroll into the town centre and also the conference centre.   Everyone about Ash Grove was amazing. The room was immaculate, the food delicious but the thing that stood out the most was the hospitality.
