a good breakfast was provided everyday from an extensive list and freshly made a very comfortable lounge was there to relax in during periods of inclement weather.having several complaints about the showers len happily changed our room twice.all he rooms were clean tidy with comfortable beds. Security. Off street parking. Comfortable bed. Good, hearty breakfast with wide choice of menu. Friendly and helpful proprietors. Good location (close to seafront / amenities / shops / attractions, but not too close).
alla recensioner » The friendly welcome. Information given freely of places to eat and points of interest. Clean room with lovely shower. Peaceful and quiet. Good morning plentiful breakfast. Very close to beach and main drag. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect, breakfast absolutely fantastic. Also your Car was safe in their own car park. good location, excellent breakfast (had to be ordered previous day) comfortable room ample tea and coffee available in the room. the owners and daughter were very friendly, happy to please, and lovely breakfast.everywhere nice and clean, great base. very nice people made you welcome nice clean food was nice coud'nt complain about anything. Location and parking good sized room and a large breakfast. Bed Comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!. on arrival after a 8hr drive we were given the breakfast menu for the next day would have preferred to have rested a bit first.(i spoke to len and he advised me he would take my comments "under Advisement").the shower units on the second floor were "waiting parts for a broken pump" which entailed two room changes.not sure if the plumbings a bit off on the second floor stick to ground and first floor rooms . Unnecessary, slightly complicated and over-prescriptive breakfast order form. Unable to open enough windows in room to allow for sufficient ventilation. Access restrictions to prevent unauthorised use of off street car park unnecessarily inconvenient. Shower controls plumbed in incorrectly (had to move tap to cold position to get hot water and vice versa.. This is a silly one but when we first entered into the main hallway, their was a strong smell of dogs which I personally don't like but after that I never smelt it again. room furniture in very good condition and undamaged (new) but room had a dated feel ,bit like like staying with grandma would still recommend and would happily return. The aroma of dogs and the cleaning could be more thorough. Having to decide what you want for breakfast the day before. We understand why the owner did this but we do prefer to decide on the day what we would like. Rubbish on the walkway.
