  I stayed here for two nights on the may bank holiday visiting family and we loved our stay . the room was spotless clean and modern and the beds were so comfy. The staff couldnt do anyone for us they were very friendly. On the second night of our stay there was nosie disturbance from certain guests who kept us awake for a while but as soon as staf... vad folk säger » f became aware they dealt with the guests and were even threatened. They gave us a refund straight away and we were very pleased with the actions of t - We needed a hotel near the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet. Previous reviewers rated the Premier Inn at Gravesend very highly and we were not disappointed. All the staff were superb in every way. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was brilliant. We will certainly be staying there again when next we use Eurostar from Ebbsfleet. It made a perfect start to our holiday abroad. I wish there were more hotels as good as this one. Robin & Jane Loder

  We were greeted by the receptionist (Nikki) who could not have made us more welcome and went out of her way to help us find our way to Ebbsfleet.   friendlyandhelpful manager, easy access to buses (and to Northfleet train station if you have a backpack instead of a suitcase), working kitchen with supplies for continental breakfast, inexpensive washer'n'dryer in kitchen for use by guests, television with Sky worked as advertised - wonderful value for money - Relaxed friendly and informal.
