  Very friendly staff, management and local characters, made it an exceptionl stay, lovely rooms, good food excellent service, no complaints what so ever , would definately return - Excellent staff, lovely surroundings,everyone as very frienedly, warm clean comfortable room, nothing was any trouble for staff

  Although the hotel is undergoing renovation it had no impact on us as guests. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The tea and coffee provided in the rooms was plentiful which I think was brill as I have stayed at other hotels where this is limited. The en suite bathroom was very nice and the water always hot. Perhaps it would be wise to tell cl - From the moment we walked into the entrance into the lounge area, we knew we would like our stay at the Royal, as it had a luxurious and welcoming feel about it. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfy and the decor was well thought out - we loved the room! We even tried to book in for an extra night - but the hotel was full.   The breakfast sausages from the local butcher were the best we have had whilst away from home,also the whole meal was very generous.The guest lounge was lovely and so was our room,we really liked the heating thermostat in our room as we dont like a warm bedroom at night.we would happily stay again,this really is good value for money and the owners... vad folk säger » very welcoming. - The owners were friendly but not intrusive and were helpful in answering questions about the area. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with products of a high quality. The house and grounds are beautiful and tastefully maintained. The accommodation is tidy and clean but homely. The room-based refreshments were generous, as were the toiletries.
