  Very quiet with good views of sea and park yet close to town. Excellent lounge and bar. Piano in restaurant at weekends an unexpected and delightful touch. Very clean throughout and room very comfortable. We stayed on an extra day as it's such a pleasant hotel.   This hotel was clean, modern and excellent value for money. The staffwere very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thefacilites in the wheelchair accessible room we booked were the best Ihave seen in any accommodation in the uk, with automatic doors intothe room, a wet room with a seat in the shower, wide doors and loweredhand basin... vad folk säger » s. - By far the best budget hotels we have used - fantastic value for money and just minutes away from the Channel tunnel. We were travelling to France early the next morning before the start of breakfast so we were given a takeaway breakfast for the journey!   My family and I loved this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful! The staffwas very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. No complaintsat all and I will stay there again any time I am in the area!!!   Everything!!! We recently stayed at the 4star Imperial hotel in Torquay on our travels(please see review) This premier lodge (and we have stayed at a few) was at least 10 times better in every respect except the sea views which were not available at this Premier lodge. The rooms were spotless and had what we needed for our 3 day stay. The menu had decent choices and was all freshly - Excellent location for the Tunnel, literally 5 minutes away. Everything as you would expect from a Premier Inn, pub and restaurant attached. Comfy bed, decent TV, tea and coffee in room. We did have a lot of noise in the night - sounded like a door slamming all night, every few minutes. It was a very windy night but they did honour the Guaranteed Good Night's sleep and gave us a full refund without any argument. I would definitely use again.

  Great place to stay the evening prior to using Euro Tunnel. Ten minutes away from the Euro Tunnel terminal. Penny and Paul could not have been more helpful. When we arrived it was quite late and the restaurant was closing. Breakfast was early the next morning, again, our hosts were very - We stayed on route to Italy for our honeymoon to get an early Channel Tunnel crossing. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before catching an extremely early Channel Tunnel crossing (lovely fresh fruits, natural yogurt with muffins and cookies to take on the train).
