Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. This is a clean, friendly guest house. Great value accommodation, good breakfast included, and convenient for buses (which are very good in Edinburgh).
