  Definitely best choice for Edinburgh. Have stayed at Balmoral 3 times already, and every time was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Love the superb location, warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellently polite and helpful staff, relaxing SPA area.   I really enjoyed my stay at the Seahaven hotel. Staff was a great example of Scottish hospitality. Breakfast was cooked individually, room was very clean, with en-suite toilet and a shower. Design of the room was very efficient, I had everything I needed. And, again, very clean and welcoming. My window had a direct view on the beach and water and ... vad folk säger » the hotel was placed 1 minute walk away from it. There was a direct 24h bus to the centre (26) and the area was very safe. Downstairs there was a trad - it was lovely, very freindly, and home from home, we had a lovely time, and will be back again and again, fantastic location, and walks on the beach, loved it at this time off the year, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpfull, thankyou to the staff at the hotel for making our weekend fantastic,
