A lovely friendly guesthouse / hotel, on Criccieth's coast road. Easy walking distance to the beach and centre.
There is a fantastic guest lounge with sea views and the bedroom (ensuite) was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and served in a spacious dining room, again with fantastic sea views.

Tim and jan really know what they're doing. The room was pretty and
clean and comfortable. It is obvious attention has been taken to update
without losing the charm. Attention to details. And location.
