  I asked for a ground floor room when I booked. However, Jan contacted me almost straight away to say that there was no ground floor rooms and no lift, so my wife would have to go up a staircase. I thought it was a very nice thing to do (pre-warned etc). Hotel car park was full, but there was ample street parking. We were warmly greeted by Jan and ... vad folk säger » her husband (Mick?) and shown to our room. The room was perfectly adequate with freeview tv, free wi-fi and plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/milk. The prom - We loved everything about the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it was the most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfy and spacious enough for our dog. Although the hotel was full, there was no noise, in fact we thought it was quite empty. the car park is small but there is plenty of parking on the road next to the hotel. We will definitely return.

  I was able to book the Coachhouse for just one night to facilitate a visit to the Welsh Mountain Zoo, which is great considering many self catering cottages impose a 3 nights minimum stay. The service provided was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and flexible. The location of the Coachhouse was perfect for access to the town and the zoo. - We w... vad folk säger » ere 1 night here. It was wonderfull day off. We had 2 floor cottage for 5 people. The accommodation was excellent , close to the beach and many more spectacular natural beauty. In the kitchen you can find everything that you will need. The owners are very kind and nice people. If we go to the Wells we will stay here.

  Lovely place. Chris and Ian were wonderful, attentive hosts. The room was excellent, spacious and tastefully decorated. Chris even went out of his way to arrange cycle hire for us which saved time and was much appreciated.
