  Facilities were excellent, location very convenient, excellent customerservice as described above - Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. No complaints at all.

  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

  I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location.   The owners are extremely helpful and want to make sure that you have a good stay. They even brought in a portable heater while we were out without us asking for it. The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. It was very reasonably priced. - Stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, near the motorway and trainstation to London. Description said no breakfast, but there is a possibility to have breakfast each morning.

I slept extremely well despite being next to a busy road. The free WiFi worked very well indeed. There is a Toby Carvery and Harvester within walking distance for good value food.   From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a seat before the bus came. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin - The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

  Beautiful room, very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was able to work in my room the morning after my stay before going to the airport at lunchtime, very quiet and peaceful and got lots ... vad folk säger » done! I was staying on business, but anyone who was flying from Heathrow could make good use of this. - Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.
