  Facilities were excellent, location very convenient, excellent customerservice as described above - Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. No complaints at all.

  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well.   Fabulous real village location yet close to Terminal 5 (follow Google map directions using local road - T5 not signed!). Lovely boutique style hotel with a garden to relax in. We have stayed in several of the large Heathrow hotels in the past and would definitely choose to stay here again instead. Close to tube for sightseeing in London - 40min ride from Hatton Cross to Green Park. - Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would charge more but don't tell them that.

  The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

  The owners are extremely helpful and want to make sure that you have a good stay. They even brought in a portable heater while we were out without us asking for it. The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. This is a good location for easy access Heathrow (15 min) and a 2 min walk to Langley train station with access to London. ... vad folk säger » Not much to see and do in Langley so that is not a reason to stay here. It was very reasonably priced. - Stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, near the motorway and trainstation to London. Nearby stores/restaurants. Room was very clean and modern. Great shower, nice bed. Ideal for a short stay near London, especially for this price. Description said no breakfast, but there is a possibility to have breakfast each morning.

  It was not expensive; It was clean; Shower was strong and hot water plentiful; TV was included; there were no unpleasant surprises; owners were extremely nice and went out of their way to assist (explained bus routes, let me use the office PC for online check-in, let me leave my luggage there in the morning and come back later in the day to change... vad folk säger » out of my business suit); buses pass from just outside the guest house; Holiday Inn Express next door meant I could use Hoppa Bus to Heathrow Airport - It is a small and cute bed and breakfast with really friendly owners who give advice on anything you'd like to know! You easily take the hoppa h5 bus from terminal 5 from heathrow, 4,50 single or 8 pound return. It's a few min from the airport right next to the holiday inn express. The tv in the room is nice and the bathroom is clean and good as well.   From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a seat before the bus came. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin - The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.
