When we entered the room the heating was on and the curtains drawn so it was lovely and warm. Also breakfast was usual not served until 8am on a saturday but as we had a very early start they were happy to have breakfast available for our group and other groups in the same situation ready earlier - I Have stayed at The Speech House on previous occa

We arrived later than planned due to bad weather, so missed lunch.
Although it was almost 3pm and busy with a private party, sandwiches were delivered to our room.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent breakfast before we set off back South.
Highly recommend. -

Super enormous comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities inc. biscuits and sweets! Fabulous breakfasts - tasty juice, fresh strawberries, raspberries, huge blueberries and lovely creamy yoghurt. The full breakfast looked good but I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, yummy! Lots of info in the sitting room and a very handy help yourself bar.
