  When we entered the room the heating was on and the curtains drawn so it was lovely and warm.   Warm welcome from the owners, nice clean room,excellent breakfast, perfect location for exploring the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley, South Wales, lots of nature reserves within a stones throw we where lucky enough to see two families of wild boar in the RSPB reserve next door. I would highly recommend a stay at Edale House if your planning a trip to ... vad folk säger » this part of the country either for a holiday or just an over nighter, I really can not fault it!. - Super enormous comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities inc. biscuits and sweets! Fabulous breakfasts - tasty juice, fresh strawberries, raspberries, huge blueberries and lovely creamy yoghurt. The full breakfast looked good but I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, yummy! Lots of info in the sitting room and a very handy help yourself bar.

  Attractive,comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. breakfast very good. Only stayed one night but would have liked a longer stay!! - The rooms were so lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the food was of good quality too.
