  All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter. Thanks. ... vad folk säger » - Very friendly welcome. Everything was new and very comfortable. Power shower was superb. A great setting in Chatham's Historic Dockyard. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.

  all of the staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble, ask if had good days out prices of food and drink very good, hope to go back this year or next would recommend - breakfast was nice. and the staff were so helpfull
