The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money. I took my daughter to The Dr Who Experience, it was only 15mins drive and good eating places nearby if you don't fancy being on the roads with the Cardiff mad drivers! -

Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.
