  De informerade om möjligheten till late check out, free of charge, vilket underlättade väldigt då väskor kunde lämnas på rummet, även avresedagen. De flexibla tiderna för frukost var super. - I liked the bar and restaurant, swimming pool and leisure centre and the tastefully decorated reception and bar area. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and the staff attentive without being intrusive. The gym and pool were clean and easy to use. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.

  Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet sundries. Heating system was excellent and we liked the facility of being able to open the window for extra ventilation. The tea/coffee- making facilities were very good and there was no problem obtaining extra milks etc from the trolley. This was a - The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

  I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was excellent and the overall ambience was quiet, relaxed and luxurious. - a very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpfull, the food was very well prepared and a comprehensive gym ... vad folk säger » and the swiming pool was exellent.

  Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.
