  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

  Bra läge, schyst utsikt från rummet, fräscht hotell. - sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. ... vad folk säger » It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. - Have stayed in a few Mercure hotels now, including Carcassonne and Cologne and cannot fault this chain of hotels. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... vad folk säger » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel. Lovely big shower and separate bath - wish all hotels would have showers only then bathrooms would be bigger and easier to use.

  De informerade om möjligheten till late check out, free of charge, vilket underlättade väldigt då väskor kunde lämnas på rummet, även avresedagen. De flexibla tiderna för frukost var super. - I liked the bar and restaurant, swimming pool and leisure centre and the tastefully decorated reception and bar area. Very helpful and genuinely nice staff on... vad folk säger » reception and in bar and restaurant and the price for the room was very good value when you consider for the standard of the hotel and its excellent facilities. - The hotel is modern and well equipped. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and the staff attentive without being intrusive. The gym and pool were clean and easy to use. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.
