flannels. Fantastic breakfast -best I've ever had away from home.

the front room is so big and so filled w/light. it looks on to a row of shops and is so convenient by day. then everything closes down and it is quiet and lovely by night.
all the rooms were big and airy w/great windows or sky lights that open.

Brilliant stay in every way, great location near the Cam river and colleges, free wifi and even on site parking. We stayed in the small double room which was quiet and pleasantly sunlit and breakfast was 4star. The host does everything with soft spoken class that is a rarity to find today. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean and to a very high standard and having two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a kitchen and living room at a very competitive price a short walk from the city centre was excellent.
