  Great parking facilities for a town centre hotel. Good location. Big effort from staff to ensure you had everything a needed. Rooms excellent, heating just right for the cold weather. Food very well cooked and served with a smile. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel. - That we turned up at half 9 and the staff in the resturant was willingto stay and ... vad folk säger » cook us a lovely meal!!!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy. Good car parking and the hotel was quiet. So we all slept well. The buffet breakfast covers all the bases, cereal, pastries, scrambled egg, sausage etc etc, but no bacon oddly. So don't expect a full English! I don't consider that a major problem tho! - Just a basic room but... vad folk säger » so comfy ,everything you need ,tv ,kettle ,lovely warm shower and a comfy bed .breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and everywhere was realy clean .the price was outstanding and I shall be staying again next year when we go to the Download festival ,brilliant thank you holiday inn x x

  We were so pleased with the hotel from the moment we entered we were welcomed by very friendly and efficient staff. The rate for the night was excellent - we will definitely use Premier Inns when visiting different parts of the country. - Very friendly staff ,the children enjoyed eating at the adjacent Beefeater too.   We needed somewhere to stay for my son's football tournament at St George's Park. The Premier Inn at B-U-T fitted the bill admiarbly. We had dinner and breakfast in the pub next door and both were absolutely fine. - Friendly at tentative helpful staff.   The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend - Modern room, spacious bathroom and free internet access. Breakfast included giving good value compared to other local facilities. Will use again next time I'm in the area.
