The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Allt - Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate. Everything about the stay was excellent, from the moment we dropped our bags off (earlier than check-in) to actually being shown the room (bed was so comfortable), to the bar and bistro.
Found all staff excellent, very friendly and very helpful (recently back from Las Vegas where I stayed in a supposed luxury hotel! everything was the complete opposite too the Hotel du Vin).
Both of us wished we had booked that extra day!

Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The hotel was great, clean, spacious, modern, and our stay wasvery reasonably priced. As a group of 11 women, we were allocated a group of rooms together which was great! Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!
Penthouse has a great lounge area to sit and socialise with friends, we travelled as two couples and a friend (we are all straight not that it matters to us what so ever)

The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area.
