Läget, närhet till mässan och flygplatsen - We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortabl
... vad folk säger » e room service was good and food was served hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.

my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

As it was an airport hotel I thought the room rate was -
Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

Helhetsintryck ok. - Helpful staff and clean and modern room. we stayed here due to being close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. - the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel to the airport

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!
