  overall experience excellent which I would not say of many of the hotels I stay in and I stay in a lot due to the nature of my work-long may it continue and I look forward to my next visit - The service, comfort and general feeling of being made most welcome. lots of parking and first class security

  I proposed to my girlfriend at the royal and so wanted a something special but at the same time affordable.The royal meet all my criteria.It obviously impressed her alot as she said yes. - Centrally located, excellent staff, clean and tidy room. Really can't fault the experience at all. Could ask for no more.

  We were here for a family wedding and the situation was convenient for us. It was a very hot day &the staff had closed our curtains and put a fan on for us, the room was nice and cool and much appreciated after a long slow drive down.We had a room with disability facilities which as close as possible to the restaurant & car. This is not a ... vad folk säger » complaint but, like many disabled people I could not step into the bath to have a shower. A shower cubicle with a seat would have been safer.The resta - Stayed only one night, absolutely fantastic breakfast,and staff who went out there way to help you, excellent would defiantly use Premier inn again
